After respective months of delaying and submitting thousands of amendments, the ultimate Council of Ukraine adopted the Mobilization Act. The paper introduces many changes to the current recruitment procedure for the Ukrainian military.

Ukrainians staying abroad from the age of 18 to 60 have 60 days to register, which is until July 16. Estonia will send the Ukrainians back to the front?
