Ukraine is considering blocking Russian tracks on global streaming platforms specified as Spotify, YouTube Music or Apple Music. The thought was drawn by the Ukrainian ombudsman Olena Ivanowska, who believes that Russian notes are not only entertainment, but besides the Kremlin's propaganda weapon. But the issue is emotional: do the Ukrainians truly want specified restrictions?
