The EU will spend hundreds of millions on rockets and ammunition. So far without Lightning

The European Commission has announced that it has qualified 5 projects for the first phase of the European Defence manufacture Reinformation Through Common Procurement Act (EDIRPA), each with backing of €60 million. In total, they will be supported by EUR 300 million.
