The EU continues to fight the Russian Shadow Fleet, i.e. those registered under various flags of ships whose task is to circumvent the embargo on Russian oil exports. According to the head of EU diplomacy Kaja Kallas, the 17th sanction package will affect as many as 200 specified ships.
