EU, Google and Apple afraid about the shield against IPTV piracy

In a letter to the Italian abroad Minister, the European Commission praised the efforts to combat IPTV piracy. However, she called for changes in the shield implemented in that country against illegal services. According to Brussels, any solutions may violate the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
