The EU wants to halt fertilizers from Belarus and Russia. There will be criminal duties

The European Parliament voted in favour of duties on fertilisers imported from the East. Only a 100 Members were opposed, for as many as 411. inexpensive fertilisers harm European producers. And the gross from fertilizer exports helps Russia finance the war in Ukraine.
