The attack with the usage of unmanned systems at Marinówka Airport in the Volgograd region was expected to take place on June 27. The Ukrainians were expected to hit the airport with long-range drones. The attack proved effective, leading to the complete demolition of 2 Su-34 bomber fighters and the demolition of another two. These losses were confirmed by a well-known Russian military blogger associated with the air force - Ilja Tumanov, more widely known by the nickname Fighterbomber.
