With 8 medals, CGM representatives returned from the championship events held in Spain and Croatia. In Seville, at the 48th Military planet Championships in Shermierka, they won 7 discs: 2 gold, 3 silver and 2 brown, and in Zagreb, in the planet Championships of Free Bronze Wrestlers won the St. scale peculiar Robert Baran.

Military titles of planet champions were won by: saber st. szer. spec. Szymon Hryciuk and a squad of Florecists composed of: st. s. spec. Michał Siess, prof. Maciej Bem, prof. Mateusz Kozak and Wier. Jan Jurkiewicz. The runners-up of the world, on the another hand, were: the florecist general. Jan Jurkiewicz, prof. Mateusz Antkiewicz, and the swordsmen's squad (St. Sgt. Sylwia Matuszak, Sgt. Zuzanna Cieślar, Sgt. Małgorzata Kozaczuk and Sgt. Alicja Klasik). The bronze medals, in turn, won: range. Olaf Stasiak individually in the saber tournament and the swordsmen's squad of Hryciuk, Stasiak, st. szer. spec. Michał Siess and General Krzysztof Kaczkowski.

In the most heavy cast swordsmen's tournament – with 42 players – st. szer. spec. Mateusz Antkiewicz reached the final, in which he surrendered 10:15 Belgian Neisser Loyola, a bronze medalist of the civilian championship 3 years ago. In the cup stage, Zakaria Al-Dawood of Saudi Arabia was the first rival of the “arm of champions”. Antkiewicz defeated him 15:9. In the following 3 fights, the Pole went to the Ukrainians. First he won 13:11 with Volodymyr Stankiewicz, in the quarter-final he defeated 15:12 Jan Sycho, and in the semi-finals 10:9 Evgen Makijenko.

In the rivalry of 20 Florecists wide. Jan Jurkiewicz won the silver and in the final he had to admit the superiority of Italian Giulia Lombardi, a squad youth champion from 3 years ago. In the semi-finals, the rival of the Pole was French Maxime Pauta (CWZS player won 15:7), in the Italian quarter-final Davide Filippi (15:14), and in the fight for promotion to the Brazilian quarter-final Pedro Marostega (15:7).

In the White-Red squad tournaments, they won a place on the podium in rivalry between women and men in the sabre. The swordsmen had adequate to win a silver medal, as only 3 teams stood to compete, and Polkom in the semi-finals was freed and promoted to the final without a fight. In a gold duel, their rivals were Italians who defeated 45:44 Ukrainians in the semifinal after a fierce fight. Representatives of Italy's match against Polish swordsmen did not start well – after 3 fights they lost 10:15. In the 4th round. Margaret Kozaczuk succumbed 4:10 Rosselli Gregorio – the 2017 planet squad champion – and the Italians took the lead 20:19. The 5th fight was won by Carlotta Fusetti – 5:1 with a scope of Zuzanna Cieślar. In the sixth, after a triumph of 8:5 p.m. spec. Sylvia Matusak over Rebecca Gargano, the Polish lost in the match by only 2 points. The seventh match ended with a draw of 5:5, in the eighth match of Matusak she surrendered 3:5 Gregorio, and in the ninth decisive draw of the match, Cieślar defeated 7:5 Gargano and although she retaliated for her defeat in the bronze match in the individual tournament, the Italians triumphed 45:43.

Six teams stood in the saber tournament. In the first duel for promotion to the semi-finals, Poles won 45:14 with representatives of Saudi Arabia. In the semi-finals they succumbed to 43:45 Koreans, though before the final fight they led 40:34. In the ninth match ending the match, however, Hryciuk lost 3:11 to Jaevon Kim – the Korean went on to rematch for defeat in the semi-finals of the individual tournament. In a bronze duel, Poles won 45:18 against the Spaniards.
Some 250 players from 17 countries from 3 continents participated in the competition for medals at the San Pablo Sports Centre in Seville.

Wrestler bronze

The only medal for the White-Red at the planet Championships in wrestling held in Zagreb was won by specialist Robert Baran. typical Central Military Sports Team was 3rd in a freestyle competition in the category of 125 kg. The CWZS wrestler won 6:3, and his win just before the end of the competition sealed with a successful action – the alleged cart. In the semifinal Pole faced Giorgi Meszwildishwili from Azerbaijan, a bronze medalist Olympic Games in Paris. The levelled duel ended with Azer's victory, which he scored in both rounds after scoring. Unfortunately, the Pole failed to score.

From the another representatives of Poland, the nearest place on the podium was the peculiar expert Zbigniew Baranowski. The CWZS wrestler was 5th free in the category 97 kg. In the fight for the bronze medal, the rival of the Pole was nipponese Arash Yoshida. The Asian won 6:0, scoring 3 points in both rounds. In qualifying Baranowski won with Ukrainian David Mchedliga, and in a duel about a quarter-final with Cuban Arthur Silot. In a fight at stake with promotion to the semi-finals, the Pole lost 1:9 to American Kyle Snyder, and since the Olympic champion of Rio de Janeiro (2016) and the three-time planet champion advanced to the finals, Baranowski could fight in repasite. Winning Cristián Sarco from Venezuela opened a chance for Poles to fight for bronze.

Poland in the medal classification of the Zagreb Championship in both styles of men – classical and free – and in the free women kind ranked 25th. 15 representatives of Poland had only 13 winning fights and 17 lost.
