We teach athletes to lose

"It is not adequate to work harder and more to accomplish good results. You can work very hard and do not bring a medal from the games. Frustration is all the more so that everything has been put on 1 card, but has not achieved its goal. In order to have a chance to win, you gotta have a life outside the sport," says Tomasz Kurach, sports psychologist.
