Resolution of Polish Citizens No 1/12/2023 of 20 December 2023
We Poles, citizens of the sovereign Polish state, dared by the decision of the Sejm of the 10th term, equalising the legal effects in practice Resolutions with real legal force of the Act, aware of our work to our Homeland, are passed on 20 December 2023 as follows:

We consider the coalition government with Donald Tuski to be illegal and his decisions and actions for the coup d'état and rape against the Polish statehood and the Polish Nation.

We obey all state and local government institutions owned and controlled by Donald Tusk.

As free citizens of the sovereign Polish state, we exclude ourselves from the jurisdiction of the courts under the government of Donald Tusk, we pronounce obedience to those troops of the Polish Army and the Polish Police, which will act on the orders of the totalitarian government against the Polish state and its individual citizens.

Conscious of the seriousness of the situation related to Donald Tusk and his supporters's coup, in the sense of work for the Polish State and its citizens, we declare obedience to the rightful president of Poland Andrzej Duda and the decisions and regulations which he makes, which we will recognise with the only law in force, until the establishment and conduct of fair and transparent parliamentary elections and the election of the fresh Parliamentary Government of Poland.
