On Monday, the U.S. Administration announced sanctions against a network of entities registered in Armenia, Switzerland and Taiwan, which provided technology for the Russian arms industry. The sanctions besides included families, companies and oligarchs' associates Sulejman Kierimov and Andrei Gurev.
