Minister of abroad Affairs for organising elections abroad recalled that until Wednesday, May 29 is the time to collect a certificate of voting right. It may be obtained from the consul or the municipal office.

Vote abroad may be taken by voters who live permanently outside the country or by voters who will stay abroad during the 2nd circular of elections.
