Just a mistake or a disgrace? RCB on the dispatch of the alert has confused voivodships

In connection with the Russian air strike in Ukraine, the Government safety Center issued an alert for residents of Lublin Voivodeship on Monday after 18:00. After little than 20 minutes, the alert was canceled. Shortly thereafter, RCB admitted that the alert was mistakenly received by residents of Lubuskie Voivodeship.
