The Ukrainian troops carried out a series of attacks on the Kremlin's energy facilities in Russia from 3 to 4 March last night. This time, the mark was the refineries, and the recordings made available by the Russians show that 2 objects were able to be electrocuted – the first in Sisran and the second in Nowoszachtyń.
