TV: There will be a broader definition of "must carry, must offer"

The rule of “must carry, must offer” will be extended, says the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The current amendment to the Broadcasting Act provides that the work to broadcast will be covered not only by TVP channels but besides by another broadcasters, including commercial broadcasters.
