Journalist Bianca Mikołajewska wrote on Wednesday that the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw found that the National Broadcasting and tv Council had violated the law by granting concessions to the tv Republic.
"Removed the concession award decision. Which means that tv Republic loses space on the MUX-8 multiplex" – reads the entry on X. The judgement of the court is not final.

As the Virtual Media portal reports, the justice said that KRRiT's president "substantially" violated the existing regulations.
"The decision was made, among others, after an analysis of the stenogram of the regulator meeting. According to WSA in Warsaw, it is not adequate to issue letters of intent, letters of support or donations from viewers" – we read in the article of the portal.
