Tusk returns from the conference on reconstruction of Ukraine

Prime Minister Donald Tusk returns from Rome from the Conference for the Reconstruction of Ukraine. Speaking with journalists, he emphasized that Russia "is and will be a problem", and besides added that the conference would most likely be held in Poland next year.
