At the same time, Russian President's spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov said on Wednesday that if the US takes control of the gas network in Ukraine linking Russia to Europe, Gazprom is ready to talk to the fresh owner about the gas supply contract. He besides pointed out that Russia sees the readiness of any European countries to acquisition Russian gas and is ready to negociate with them on the basis of marketplace conditions.
