Tusk: peace in Ukraine is on the horizon

The head of the Polish government stressed that the results of the first phase of serious peace negotiations involving leaders of Ukraine, Europe, the United States and Canada were discussed. "Peace is on the horizon – in the coming weeks, not months or years," said Tusk, adding that it is inactive hope, far from complete certainty.
