The Prime Minister stressed that the constitution, which the fresh president has repeatedly referred to, is unambiguous. – I hope – although I am not certain – that this sometimes rather impertinent and confrontational speech will not translate into real action said Tusk. However, he added that if needed, his office will stand hard as guardian of constitution and rules.
