Tusk was just a "leader" of the EU. Now the German press calls it "brake"

Security architecture can break down soon, so Europe should halt the process of "self-disarmament" as shortly as possible, appealed by German commentators after a gathering of leaders of respective European countries in Paris. They draw attention to Poland's announcement that it will not send soldiers to Ukraine, and describe Prime Minister Donald Tusk as "a brake".
