Turkey's president praises the start of the process of disarming Kurdish separatists

Turkey's president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced on Saturday the symbolic ending of the "painful chapter" in his country's history, welcoming the start of the disarmament process by the Kurdistan Workers organization (PKK).
