Turkish cousin Krab is developing

The latest projections presume the production of another 140 T-155 Fırtına II self-propelled guns. To date, more than 280 T-155 Fırtına I pieces have been delivered to the Turkish Land Army (Türk Kara Kuvvetleri). The vehicle was created as a Turkish improvement [Korean K9 Thunder](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/haubica-k9a1-gun-American-ammunition-new-generation). 22 copies [updated T-155 Fırtın II](https://defence24.pl/industrial/idef-2023-Turkish-artillery-in-newest-version) were besides handed over to the user. But production itself is not the end of long-term improvement projects which the defence sector of the Republic of Turkey is facing.
