[The Turkish company FNSS received an order in May 2023](article:1023448) to upgrade its ACV-15 AAPC armored transporters to extend their operation for another 20 years. We are talking about improving the 52 ACV-15 AAPC track tracks to the ACV-15 AAPC-1(GZPT-T1) standard with a full fleet of about 1380 vehicles of this type. The intent of the Turkish army was to adjust any of its transporters to the requirements of the modern battlefield, while simultaneously improving their ergonomics (e.g. by exchanging existing electronics). The described shipment took place last December, the full is due to scope the end of 2025.
