TEU full on the EC side. The Constitutional Court does not meet the requirements of an “instantiated and impartial court”

On Thursday, the EU Court of Justice full took into account the European Commission's complaint alleging Poland's violation of EU law through 2 CCC judgments of 2021 questioning the precedence of EU law. He besides considered that the TK did not meet the requirements of a ‘instantiated and impartial court’.
