TEU: The Constitutional Court is not an impartial court, has violated respective basic principles

The Polish Constitutional Court does not constitute an independent and impartial court due to serious irregularities in the appointment of 3 of its judges and its president – the EU Court of Justice in Luxembourg ruled.
