Thirteen pensions – ZUS prepares withdrawals. Who gets it first?

ZUS prepares to pay thirteen pensions. The first date is April 1, until then the additional benefit will be paid to 889 1000 people, at the amount of PLN 1.67 billion gross. Thirteen will go to the eligible with basic pension, no applications request to be submitted. Who will receive thirteenth pensions first and what conditions must be fulfilled?
