"I can't imagine a worse scenario," said RMF FM in the Morning Talk, Rafał Trzaskowski, considering the possible entry of Grzegorz Braun's organization into the coalition government with PiS and Confederate. In 1 of the last investigation by the Confederation of the Polish Crown Braun overtook the erstwhile ally – the Confederate – standing on the polling podium. If the “Corona” keeps the consequence until the election in 2027, it may not be possible to make a government without its votes.
"Abstracting from how reliable the circumstantial polls are, however, Braun is increasing stronger. And this is highly disturbing, especially at various signals from another right-wing parties, due to the fact that any are ready to co-create the government, others are fortunately protesting it," the president of Warsaw replied to the question of Tomasz Terlikowski about the increasing support of the organization Grzegorz Braun.
Trzaskowski stressed that "this would be the worst thing you can imagine". "A organization that is openly anti-European, a organization that does everything to undermine Poland's security, would be co-organised with Poland? I can barely imagine a worse scenario," he said.
During the discussion, it was mentioned that Braun in 1 of the last votes in the European Parliament opposed the ban on Russian gas imports into the EU – as the only Pole.
“So we see how Braun behaves. We see what he's saying. This is simply an act against the Polish right of state. And truly today, as if by abstinence from these political disputes, abstracting from who belongs to which party, Braun at the governments, Braun close to making decisions, in specified a hard safety situation, it would simply be suicide," said the politician of the capital.
Cranberries would light Khanuk candles at the Presidential Palace?
In an interview with the president of Warsaw there was another subject – although not referring, it was definitely associated with Grzegorz Braun. The leader asked Trzaskowski about the issue of Khanuk candles in the Presidential Palace. The decision of president Karol Nawrocki this year of the Khanukii (chanukka Menory) at the Palace was not inflamed.
"I think this is simply a clear signal to those communities that have very circumstantial views on this issue," said the local government. "Finally, Karol Nawrocki spoke about it in his election run that the president should only celebrate the holidays that are his holidays," he added.
Trzaskowski besides assured that if he had become president alternatively of Nawrocki, he would have lit Khanuk candles in the Presidential Palace. "Yes, that was the tradition," he stressed.
