The president of the Court of State and the president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, informed that she would not participate in any of the activities assigned to the president of the TS in connection with the repeated request to waive her immunity. She pointed out that in this case, justice Piotr Andrzejewski, serving as an “older age”, would presume duties.
