The Court of State dismissed Margaret Manowska’s immunity case

On Friday afternoon, on the side of the Court of State, a decision was published, together with a message of reasons, concerning the remission of the immunity case and the president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska. The reasons for the separate sentences and a message by 1 of the members of the TS were besides included.
