The Court of State dismissed the case of immunity and president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska

On Thursday, the Court of State's three-member composition dismissed the immunity procedure and the president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska. According to justice Piotr Sak, the reason for this decision was the absence of a quorum and the deficiency of a legitimate prosecutor. A separate conviction was submitted by justice Joseph Zych.
