Constitutional Court decided on 2 crucial government laws

Adopted by the current coalition of the Constitutional Tribunal Act are unconstitutional – the Court itself ruled on Tuesday. The provisions enabling, among others, the elimination of alleged dubler judges from the Court were brought against president Andrzej Duda.
