The Constitutional Tribunal will deal with the right to care for foster families

The foster parent lodged a complaint with the Constitutional Court. In his view, the deficiency of the anticipation of a non-professional foster household to receive care constitutes a violation of the constitutional rule of equality and the provision of assistance by public authorities to a kid deprived of parental care.
