The Constitutional Court responds to the judgement of the TEU. ‘No impact’

On the Constitutional Court website, a communication entitled ‘Reaction to the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union’ was published. It concerns the judgement of the CJEU delivered on Thursday, which concludes that the CCC is not an independent and impartial court.
