Monday's conversation between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin again ended with messages about a "positive course", but without any specifics. "It seems to me that it resembles a broken record," said Lithuanian defence Minister Dovile Szakaliene. She warned that Putin was only pretending to be willing to negociate in order to gain time.
