The President-elect stressed that the future of the United States in NATO would depend on whether European partners would "pay their bills" and on how they would treat America in commercial relations. He added that he could besides be expected to reduce support for Ukraine and to actively prosecute the end of the war. He cited the losses of both sides (500 1000 on the Russian side and 400 1000 on the Ukrainian side, including the killed and wounded, and added that Putin's first conversation on the substance would most likely take place only after taking office.
