Trump's assistant: The president knew his supporters were armed erstwhile he encouraged them to go to Capitol

Former U.S. president Donald Trump was aware that the crowd of his supporters was armed, and yet he was encouraged to march on the Capitol on 6 January - testified in front of the congressional committee on Tuesday the then assistant to president Cassidy Hutchinson. She added that Trump was going to go with the crowd to the Capitol and conflict with the bodyguards to drive him there.
