United States peculiar Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg gave an interview to the paper “The Times” in which he suggested that British and French troops could deploy "security forces" to the west of Ukraineto “create control zones”.
According to Kellogg, Russian troops could stay in the occupied east of Ukraine, and between the forces of France and large Britain and Russia demilitarized zone, on which the Ukrainian military would be located.

The retired general estimated in an interview that forces commanded by the French and English, located west of the Dniepr River, “they would not provoke Moscow at all”. At the same time, he mentioned that the US would not send its troops to Ukraine.
– This could almost be compared to what happened in Berlin after planet War II, erstwhile there was a Russian zone, a French zone, a British zone, and an American zone, Kellogg pointed out what a peace agreement might look like.
