Participants of the panel "From Coal to Computing – Post-Industrial Areas as fresh Data Center Hubs" discussed whether erstwhile industrial areas can become a fresh base for the improvement of data centers and whether the transformation of heating systems and the decision distant from coal can accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure.
