Transcription of same-sex matrimony certificates in Poland. The Constitutional Tribunal has ruled

The Constitutional Tribunal has ruled that the transcription of abroad same-sex matrimony certificates is unconstitutional. Constitutional Tribunal president Bogdan Święczkowski said the decision was unanimous.
