Tragic Palm Sunday in Ukraine. Russian attack against civilians

Over 20 people were killed as a consequence of a Russian rocket attack on Sumy, in the northeast of Ukraine. The impact occurred on Sunday before noon, reported Artem Kobzar, who was acting as mayor of the city. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski emphasizes that as a consequence of the attack there are dozens killed and wounded. "The panic of Moscow requires a strong planet consequence – without force on the aggressor peace is impossible," she notes.
