Trade War Would Be 'Madness' Peace Mission 'Trump's Favorite'

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will meet with US president Donald Trump in Washington on Thursday. She will be the first leader of a European Union country to visit him since he announced tariffs on EU products. The tariffs were later suspended for 90 days. "Meloni is on a peaceful trade mission," said Italian abroad Minister Antonio Tajani.
