Toruń: a collection for the banner for “the heart of Polish artillery”

The Social Committee of Flag Founders for the Rocket and Artillery Training Centre in Toruń received approval from the Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamisha to fund the flag for him. This opened up the anticipation to set up a fund-raiser for him.
