Toruń protests against immigrants. ‘It will completely destruct the safety of our and our children"
7.04.2025 ntime/torun-protest-against-immigrants

Hundreds of people demonstrated in Toruń in the Old Town Square, opposing the creation of the Center for the Integration of Foreigners. A picket under the slogan "Torun against immigration" organized right-wing environments, including the Confederation of the Polish Crown, the National Movement and the Youth of All Poland.
– Centres for the Integration of Foreigners will, in our opinion, be the vestibule for the adoption of the migration pact in Poland, we argue it. We fear for our society, for our nation. The influx of foreigners is linked to the emergence in crime, as illustrated by events in Western Europe – said Przemysław Binkowski, president of the National Movement in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province.

Agnieszka Szumilas of the Confederation of the Polish Crown said that in her opinion the influx of illegal migrants "will completely destruct the safety of our and our children". – We'll be afraid to walk the streets, let the kids go to school, just like it happens in the west. – convinced Szumilas.
The Old Town Square in Toruń was chanted, among others. “strong Poland, strong family”, “not for immigration”, “not rainbow, not red, but national Poland” or “Poland in Poland host”.
Participants held Polish flags, as well as the All-Polish Youth flag or the National Movement. The anthem of Poland was sung and prayed for the intention of the homeland. Finally, respective participants stepped on the flag of the European Union.

The large manifestation of Poles against immigrants in Toruń We have demonstrated our support for Poland as a national state, without millions of immigrants in our country. We want Poland safe and cultivating its tradition and identity We do not agree to relocate immigrants from Germany and to bring low-paid workers here, both from Ukraine and Asia and Africa. We are tired of reducing the salaries of Polish employees and full of dormitories at universities Thank you for being here first.
