The heads of key Polish peculiar services – interior safety Agency, Intelligence Agency and Military Intelligence Service – inactive carry Colonel Pagons, and applications for their general promotions are to lie in the Chancellery of the president for months. Formally, Karol Nawrocki has no time to make a final decision, but the passing time is increasingly hard to justify by average procedures.
