– Ziobro is no longer a minister for 2 years. All possible charges can be read from preserved documents. There is so no reason to request a temporary arrest, which is regularly abused in Poland during all governments after 1989.
– I'm not amazed the D.A.'s demands for an interim arrest. Nor do I get the satisfaction that the prosecution demands that this measurement be applied, but I consider this to be simple justice. The group that Zbigniew Ziobro created, which we are besides working on in the Pegasus committee of inquiry, is simply a very hermetic environment, incredibly capable of matting. I so believe that the prosecution's request is absolutely justified, although I realise that temporary arrest is simply a very severe measure. Contrary to the narratives of any right-wing politicians, this is not a retortion by the prosecution.
Two years after losing power? If they wanted to, they could have established different versions a long time ago.
– Let me give you an example. There are tapes of Mraz (former manager of the Justice Fund department, chief witness of the prosecutor's – author's) on which was recorded Deputy Minister Romanowski, chief trustee of the fund. There we can hear a conversation about how to "sleep" this matter. If it wasn't for this tape, the D.A. would most likely not have assumed the anticipation of mating.
– But the charge of organized crime?
– Anyone who hears about organized crime groups thinks they're bandits who bargain for themselves. Just due to the fact that Ziobro owns 150 million doesn't mean he put it in his account. That means he had those resources as his own. If I bargain your bike, if there's a crime, I don't gotta sale it. All I gotta do is give it to my aunt to ride it.
– Ziobro did not transfer this money to private individuals, but to foundations, local governments, social organizations or, as in the case of Pegasus, state institutions.
– Through this misappropriation, Ziobro benefited politically. They were fed money from the Justice Fund, for example, portals related to Matecki (PiS – for example author), whose administrators were Fidei Defensor or wellness Friends. Since Kaczyński deprived sovereign Poland of subsidies, they reached for a different way of absorbing money. I remember specified electoral districts, where the number of banners or billboards of candidates of Sovereign Poland was much higher than candidates of PiS. present we know what was the origin of the run backing – the affair of the Justice Fund. People associated with Zbigniew Ziobra are a very hermetic group. These people are loyal to each other. Even president Kaczyński did not know precisely what was going on there. However, his letter indicates that the political leadership of the PiS was aware of what the fund was utilized for. The environment that Ziobro created was like a Roman legion.
– It's most likely the biggest compliment a politician from the opposing camp has given to the erstwhile minister of justice.
– It is indeed a compliment, due to the fact that the political capacity of Zbigniew Ziobra should not be undermined. I realize if this environment were linked to ideological considerations, but it was linked to a kind of money-based transactionism and consequently to political benefits.
– If the Sejm waived Ziobrze's immunity, the erstwhile minister went to jail and died there, you're gone.
– Yes, but I have the advantage that the medical opinion on his wellness is at the disposal of the Pegasus committee of inquiry. I have a secret and this opinion will never be made public due to the fact that it contains medical data. With all due respect to the wellness of the minister, I can say that his wellness is better than Mr.Gosk's (PiS – author's) stories about the tummy on his lungs, and how did Zbigniew Ziobro escape the clutches of his ankle. His condition was part of a media operation that served to put him in the position of victim, and it is known that people identify with the victim. The evidence of what I'm saying was his large physical form during the proceeding on the committee of inquiry. Many times asked whether he wanted a break or a shortening of the hearing, he answered: we continue, keeping the vigor and the condition admirable. Including the Amber Gold committee, I've interviewed respective 100 witnesses in my life, and I know what a physical challenge this is for a witness to take so long to make an intellectual, verbal, and yet to keep the fashion. Ziobro never showed weakness for a moment. In my opinion, his wellness is not only improving, it was not as tragic as it was presented.
– I don't know the indictment, but I think it's going to be very hard to convict Mr. Ziobra for moving an organized crime group or misappropriating 150 million.
– This will be a substance of heavyweight of a systemic nature. If we agree that specified bypasses or valves can be utilized in order to have any public property, we come to a place where the social contract that has existed since 1989 ceases to apply. A deal that politicians don't bargain from people.
– erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice Michał Woś says you want to choice up pots and pizza ovens by the agrarian housewives.
– Nobody wants to take that distant from them. However, under the appearance of this “beneficiary” activity, money was transferred to organizations associated with Sovereign Poland. It is very dangerous for the state to commit theft or another crimes under the appearance of legalism.
