"That's impossible." Ukrainian commander about sending everyone to the infantry

At the outset, I point out that I study what is written in Ukrainian media. My opinion can be found in the summary of the article. Now to be specific: Serhij Filimonov is not an anonymous character, hence he can afford to open criticism of orders. He is simply a veteran of Majdan Dignity, the fight for Donbas since 2014, as well as a popular actor and social activist in Ukraine. Another commander in his position would lose the battalion, but not the Filimonovs. He besides speaks openly why he will not obey the order.
