TK: Transcription of ‘homomariates’ concluded abroad – contrary to the Constitution of Poland

Today, the Constitutional Court found it incompatible with Article 92(1) in conjunction with Article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland to enter homosexual “marriage” acts concluded abroad into Polish civilian position acts. In the another areas contested by the Group of Members (Articles 2 and 7 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland) TK has dropped the case.
