TK: The pre-trial cassation is consistent with the Constitution

The provisions of the Code of civilian Procedure on the grounds to be followed by the ultimate Court, deciding to accept a cassation complaint, do not violate the fundamental law – the Constitutional Court acknowledged. The conviction was given with the participation of the alleged double judge.
