Out of control? RPO calls for intelligence agency officers

Intelligence Agency officers may service for up to 200 hours a month, and the applicable regulations do not set maximum weekly service time standards. The Ombudsman considers that this may violate the constitutional rights of officials and calls for a change of rules.
